v1.07.04 - 02/Dec/2013

    in editor. (thanks Mr.Beep).
 2. Fixed issues with incorrectly asking "Song has been modified. Save the
changes?" when selecting File->New, File->Open, etc. even when the
current song had not been modified.
 3. Implemented improved, smaller, Huby engine - Huby99. (thanks Shiru).
 4. Fixed multiple timing issues with PlipPlop engine, especially in relation
to using pitch bend notes over drums, which would throw the pattern timing
    out. (thanks leespoons).
 5. Song ripper was incorrectly selecting the Huby engine when ripping
    SpecialFX tunes.
 6. Added Huby99 signatures to Song Ripper.

v1.07.03 - 18/Nov/2013

the editor for a Huby song.

v1.07.02 - 18/Nov/2013
----------------------
 1. Fix phasing issues with Huby player. This was causing problems such as
two simultaneous F-1 notes (one on each channel) sounding like an F-2, and
sound quality issues when playing songs using the Huby engine.
 2. Added Help->Local Help Contents menu item.

v1.07.01 - 17/Nov/2013

point other than the very start of the song. Huby does not support this.
 6. Changed default compilation address to 40000 rather than 60000 in the
"Compile Song" dialog, as some very large songs (>5KB) were causing the
interrupt vector table to be overwritten, and were thus crashing when
    compiled to 60000.
 7. Reduced size of TMB compiled code for songs containing drums by 32 bytes
    (thanks introspec).
 8. Added Huby support to File->Import->Song Ripper.

    circumstances.

v1.06.00 - 13/Oct/2010
----------------------
 1. Fixed compatibility with WINE (caused by differences between the way
WINE handles waveOut API compared to Windows). This was inadvertently
    broken in versions 1.03.00 - v1.05.03
 2. Improved sound reproduction and timing.
 3. Added ROMBeep engine as a compile-time only option (see the Beeper Engine
dropdown list in the Compile dialog). This is a compact, pseudo 2 channel
engine using arpeggios and the BEEP routine from the Spectrum ROM. It will
therefore work correctly on 16K Spectrums or in low, contended, memory on
    other models.

v1.05.03 - 28/Aug/2010
----------------------
 1. Toolbar hints are now displayed while a song is playing.

and to autoincrement in pattern editor for engines with fewer than 10 drums

checkbox for the selected ornament to enable this).

written for The Music Box. Savage Ornament editor remains displayed.

properly with 128 snapshots (including variants such as Pentagon &
    Scorpion) and Timex machines.
 3. FIX: Opening a Savage engine song using the command line or a *.bbsong file
association incorrectly selected the Special FX engine in the engine
    dropdown in v1.05.00.
 4. FIX: Pattern play (F4) was playing the first row again after going through
    the pattern.
 5. Added Edit->Pattern->Expand x3 and Shrink /3 for tripling/thirding

German/Polish QWERTZ layouts). Plus '1' and 'A' keys both now function as
rest/note-off on those engines that support note-off.
10. The pattern compression algorithm in all previous versions of Beepola was
not working correctly. Beepola now produces smaller compiled songs files,
particularly noticable with the SpecialFX engine which now compresses
percussion data independely of the tone channels. e.g. ChuckRock.bbsong
now compiles to 1797 bytes instead of 1983 bytes in v1.04.
11. Added TAP/Z80 song ripper to File->Import menu. Currently rips songs
compliled with the original Music Box editor for Spectrum, with Shiru's
original Phaser1 editor for the Spectrum, and the Beepola version of
    Phaser1.

melody data from a VTII module file, ignoring any ornamention or command
    data).
 8. Added Edit->Song->Adjust Tempo... (adjusts the tempo of all patterns in a
    song).

    properly!

    playback is no longer permitted.
